What is the Antavo Academy?

The Antavo Academy is a comprehensive learning platform offering a wide selection of courses tailored to various audiences. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and enriching learning experience with Antavo products.

How can I sign up?

Access to the Antavo Academy is exclusive to certain users. However, we also offer public courses that do not require a login. Explore our catalogue to find these training contents.

The following users are eligible for an Academy account.

  • Customers: Please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager to request an account.
  • Partners: Please contact your Partner Success Manager to request an account.
  • Staff: All Antavo employees receive an Academy account. If you believe you do not have an account, please consult your manager.

What's available in the Antavo Academy?

The Antavo Academy offers multiple courses for different audiences to assist you on your journey of exploring Antavo products.

Our courses range from business objective-driven content to configurations and technical concepts. The flexible nature of the educational material makes Antavo Academy an engaging, relevant training experience for all audiences, regardless of their role in a loyalty program’s lifecycle.

Our catalogue includes:

  • Self-learning content (eLearning)
  • Video content
  • Live sessions (instructor-led training)

How can I access courses?

Does the Academy offer certificates?

Yes! The Antavo Academy offers multiple certificates that you can share on LinkedIn.

All acquired certificates are valid for 12 months, with the possibility to renew them.

Do I get a sandbox account if I sign up to the Academy?

Certain courses provide a dedicated Academy sandbox account for the Antavo Loyalty Engine. This option is only available for registered users.

If you do not have a sandbox account, however you believe you should have one, please contact your Customer Success Manager, Partner Success Manager, or you Antavo manager depending on your role.
